Winnipeg police respond to report of man with gun in St. Boniface

Winnipeg police officers were in St. Boniface on Tuesday morning due to a report of a man with a gun.

Police confirmed the incident took place on Notre Dame Street, adding that no one got hurt.

Officers said a male suspect was taken into custody and is facing firearm-related charges.

Police will release more details on this incident later on Tuesday morning.
