Toronto neighbourhood hires private patrol to patrol 5 streets

Residents of a Toronto neighbourhood whose residents claim crime is up and security is down has hired a private security company to patrol five streets. As Sean O’Shea reports, the money is coming from donations but the city councillor and mayor aren’t sure it’s a good idea.
