Coronavirus: Ontario reports 3 new cases of U.K.’s COVID-19 variant

Dr. Barbara Yaffe, Ontario’s associate chief medical officer of health reported three new cases of the U.K.’s COVID-19 strain on Monday, bringing the total number of the variant’s cases to 6. The new cases are located in Toronto, Peel and York regions and are linked to travel history or a close contact of someone who travelled.
