City council to discuss changes to zoning bylaw at special meeting

Regina’s city council will discuss changes to the zoning bylaw at a special meeting on Wednesday.

The bylaw covers anything from building a deck to constructing an apartment building, the city says.

The changes are meant to make zoning and land use regulations easier to navigate.

Councillors will discuss the proposed changes at Wednesday’s meeting, and zoning clinics will be available for interested residents on May 21 and June 14.

Anyone wishing to speak on the bylaw can do so at a council meeting on June 17.
